Returns & Exchanges

Please download and fill up the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM , attach it to your package and send it to:

Please note:

• You can return your items to Fashion2Love within 30 days from ship date
• Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
• Once your return was processed, you will receive a store credit
• For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
• The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded due to buyer remorse or incorrect ordering.
• Items should be returned in "as purchased" condition and with all designer garment tags still attached. If tags are removed, the item will not be accepted for return. 
• All returns must be in new, unworn condition with all tags still attached to garment/s. If tags are missing, a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the store credit amount given. 
• Please make sure to include a brief statement of what was wrong with your order and what you would like us to do.  
• If you would like a store credit please indicate that, if you need another size, please make that known as well.
